It is simply a combination of raw shea butter, natural oils and no fragrance, allowing you to enjoy the moisture that JNatuRaw products provide.

We do our best to ensure that our smooth consistency remains the same in all of our batches. Our products are handcrafted and we provide the purest best quality shea butter therefore batches and/or textures may vary slightly.

What is the best way to store my JNatuRaw?

When storing your JNatuRaw products you should keep in a cool place or simply room temperature away from direct sunlight. JNatuRaw products will start to melt at around 80F. While it will not lose any of its nourishing properties, it will lose the whipped effect and the possibility of overflow from container may occur. If JNatuRaw melts, it is best to place your product in the fridge to re-solidify.

Will I be refunded if my JNatuRaw products melt after being delivered to me?

We suggesting shipping to a P.O. Box or a place of business if your product will remain out for a period of time in a warm climate. JNatuRaw products will start to melt at around 80F. If JNatuRaw melts, it is best to place your product in the fridge to re-solidify. There is no refund provided if your JNatuRaw product melts after being delivered to you.
